I moved to NE Ohio in 1999 and have loved living here ever since. I have lived on the west side but have been a homeowner and landlord in Cleveland Heights since 2002. For over 30 years, I have worked in all aspects of real estate so moving to sales felt like a perfect fit.

I love helping people see their dreams come true. I also work in theatre as both actor and director for all my life and I will bring those creative processes, organizational skills, and abilities to “stage” your home to show its best attributes.

I use a multi prong approach to market your property to bring you the most offers with the best terms. This involves pre-listing marketing and staging, professional photography, open house exclusives, and finally going live on all Social Media outlets and the Multi List Service (MLS).

The Process

Meeting with you. We will walk through your home and property together so you can point out your home’s features, look at what you may want to spruce up before listing and, if applicable, look for items that may not pass a Point of Sale inspection.

I will present you with up to the minute data on home sales in your area that compare to your home. We will discuss what effects the market including timing, condition, location, price.

We will set up a calendar with action items and target dates for staging, photography, Open House Exclusive for RE/MAX agents and neighborhood, and Release of listing on all social media and MLS.
