I moved to NE Ohio in 1999 and have loved living here ever since. I have lived on the west side but have been a homeowner and landlord in Cleveland Heights since 2002. For over 30 years, I have worked in all aspects of real estate so moving to sales felt like a perfect fit.

We'll take the house search show on the road! We will go and see as many homes as you want to see- and when we find the right one- I will make sure we make an offer that reflects the current market conditions and condition of the home.
After I negotiate the best price for you I will provide you have a list of licensed inspectors to give you a clear picture of the condition of the home. I will also help you learn about how a home works- what makes it tick and if the home you choose is TICKING good!
After the inspection, I will help you put together a list of health and safety items we need to ask the seller to correct and if necessary, we will negotiate a new price and closing terms.
The supervision of repairs/changes begins!
And, no need to worry because I will supervise the successful completion of all repairs/changes we asked the seller for and make sure the work is up to standards, while I am guiding the title and loan process so we stay on track to close on time.
When Closing Day arrives, I'll be there for you right by your side, ready to answer any questions you have! Finally, I'll hand you the keys to your new home, with a promise that I'm here to help with any resources you need. Then as you settle into your new home, I'll stay in touch and be available to you 24/7/365 as part of your home ownership team.
Meeting with you. We will walk through your home and property together so you can point out your home’s features, look at what you may want to spruce up before listing and, if applicable, look for items that may not pass a Point of Sale inspection.
I will present you with up to the minute data on home sales in your area that compare to your home. We will discuss what effects the market including timing, condition, location, price.
We will set up a calendar with action items and target dates for staging, photography, Open House Exclusive for RE/MAX agents and neighborhood, and Release of listing on all social media and MLS.
Final staging and photography. Exclusive open house for RE/MAX agents. Place sign in yard. Deliver flyers to neighbors inviting them to Open House exclusive 1 hour early.
